3) When the electric energy meter runs to the preset reading time, the maximum demand will be automatically read and reset to zero. At the same time, it can also be manually read and reset by an authorized person, and the date and time of manual reset will be recorded.
4) The demand measurement value is 6 digits, including 2 integers and 4 decimals.
3. Measurement of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and power
1) Real time measurement and display of the effective values of phase voltage and phase current for phases A, B, and C.
2) Real time measurement and display of active and reactive power values for phases A, B, and C, as well as the total active and reactive power values for each phase.
3) Real time measurement and display of three-phase total power factor and power factor of each phase.
4) Real time measurement and display of grid frequency.
Multi rate function 1. This series of electric energy meters has four rates, namely peak, off peak, flat, and valley. It can be programmed as single, double, triple, or quadruple rates. Measure the positive and negative active power, four quadrant reactive power, positive and negative reactive power, and demand in a time-sharing manner during each rate period. 2. Choose from a schedule of national statutory holiday rates and time periods. 3. It has 12 programmable time zones, which means it can be programmed to a maximum of 12 time zones per year based on different seasons. 4. Each time zone has the option of working days off. 5. It has 12 sets of programmable daily time slot tables, each of which can be programmed with four rate time slots: peak, off peak, and off peak within 24 hours, up to a maximum of 12 time slots.
Event recording function 1: Record and display the date and time of the last 1-10 programming sessions. 2. Record and display the date and time of the last 1-10 times the maximum demand has been reset to zero. 3. Record and display the date and time of the last 1-10 times the electric energy meter has been initialized and reset to zero.
When the phase current I is ≥ 0.5% Ib, and any one or two phases of the three-phase voltage lose voltage or are below 70% Un ± 2V of the rated phase voltage, the energy meter will determine as a fault voltage loss. The energy meter will sound and light an alarm, display the fault phase, and record the starting date and time, ending date and time of the voltage loss. The number of voltage losses and cumulative time will be recorded in the voltage loss records of each phase according to the phase.
Overload alarm and trip function (optional) The electric energy meter has preset overload alarm and trip functions. When the three-phase active load exceeds the preset alarm value and trip value, the corresponding overload alarm/trip relay of the electric energy meter will act, outputting an alarm trip signal for users to achieve load control.
Load curve recording function 1. The electric energy meter has a three channel 30 minute interval and 84 day load curve recording function. 2. The load curve recording data can be transmitted to the upper management system through RS485/RS232 interface to draw the user's load curve for more reasonable electricity management.
According to user needs, the power management department can use the standard RS485/RS232 interface and power pulse output interface of our company's three-phase electronic multifunctional energy meter to form a remote meter reading management system through the negative control terminal or relevant transmission forms, realizing remote monitoring functions such as business meter reading and load monitoring for the power management department.
The power-off meter reading function of the electric energy meter has a backup battery for power-off meter reading. In the event of a power outage in the grid, the relevant operating parameters of the electric energy meter can still be viewed, and power-off meter reading of the electric energy meter can be achieved.
Applicable conditions:
Environmental temperature: -25 ℃ to+65 ℃; Humidity: not exceeding 90%; The electric energy meter can choose to install load control alarm, trip signal output relay
Working voltage range:
Vn+20%-30%; Rated frequency: 50Hz/60Hz
Features:
The circuit design, component selection, welding assembly, repair and acceptance of electric energy meters are all based on large environmental tolerances, fully considering the electromagnetic compatibility and service life of electric energy meters. Therefore, it can ensure the long-term stable operation and accurate measurement of the electric energy meter. The accuracy of an electric energy meter is not affected by changes in time, frequency, temperature, voltage, etc. The whole machine has a small volume, light weight, good sealing performance, and beautiful appearance.
In the event of a power outage in the grid, the energy meter has a backup lithium battery for meter reading, which can be used without an external power source during the power outage. This meter reading mode does not affect the data storage of the electricity meter and the lifespan of the real-time clock battery.
The operation related information of the electric energy meter can be transmitted through infrared or RS485/RS232 interface.
When the power grid experiences a power outage, the energy meter uses a dedicated lithium battery as a real-time clock backup power source, fully ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data set, measured, and recorded by the energy meter; The calendar clock and time slot program control functions are running normally. After the power grid is restored, the energy meter will automatically operate normally.
Install active, reactive, and clock pulse output interfaces on the terminal block of the electric energy meter for error testing or data acquisition.
The electric energy meter adopts a multi-phase power supply circuit, and can still work normally in a phase loss state. It does not affect the accurate measurement of the energy meter when there is voltage imbalance or load imbalance.
Electric energy meters are suitable for areas with an environment of -25 ℃ to 65 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
