I. Overview
The DTSYF-79/DSSYF-79 three-phase electronic prepaid multi rate electricity meter (hereinafter referred to as the "instrument") is designed and manufactured based on the actual electricity consumption of residents. It has high accuracy and reliability.
This instrument adopts advanced energy metering and single-chip microcontroller integrated dedicated chips, designed in combination with mature multi rate and prepaid technologies, and is a high-tech product manufactured using 16 bit digital sampling processing technology and SMT process. The key components are selected from internationally renowned long-life devices, which improves the reliability and service life of the product. The data display adopts a large screen LCD, which is convenient for meter reading.
This instrument can realize functions such as time-sharing metering prepayment, setting daily meter reading, handheld computer programming, and meter reading; Can set 2 time zones, 4 rates (peak T1, peak T2, flat T3, valley T4), 12 daily time periods, and 12 public holidays; And it has infrared and 485 communication functions, which can achieve long-distance meter reading. The communication protocol can support DL/T 645-1997 "Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol", providing necessary conditions for electricity automation management.
Its performance indicators comply with the technical requirements for electronic active energy meters in GB/T 17215-2002 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters", the technical requirements for multi rate energy meters in GB/T15284-2002 "Multi rate (Time of use) Energy Meters", and various technical requirements in GB/T18460-2001 "IC Card Prepaid Electricity Sales System".
2、 Main functions of DTSYF/DSSYF79 electronic prepaid multi rate energy meter
Prepaid multi rate energy meters have the following basic functions:
① Forward and reverse time-sharing active power metering, divided into four rates (T1, T2, T3, T4), twelve time periods, and two time zones
② Infrared communication, programming settings, and meter reading can be performed through a handheld computer
③ All data parameters can be viewed by pressing the button (can be viewed by clicking or double clicking the lookup key)
④ Record the total active power consumption and hourly power consumption for 12 months, and the data can be collected through infrared or 485 methods
⑤ Wide temperature large screen LCD backlight 6+2 digital display; Memory data is guaranteed not to be lost after power failure
⑥ Having the ability to purchase electricity before using it, and automatically freezing the monthly electricity consumption rates on designated meter reading days
