Principle of Ultrasonic Cleaning
The ultrasonic electrical control part (commonly known as the generator) transmits electrical energy signals to the transducer (also known as the oscillator), which converts high-frequency oscillating electrical signals into high-frequency mechanical oscillations and radiates them in the form of longitudinal waves in the cleaning solution (water, oil or solvent). During the half wave period of radiation wave expansion, the density of the cleaning solution is destroyed and countless bubbles with diameters of 50-500um are formed. This type of bubble is filled with solution vapor, and during the half wave of compression, the bubble quickly closes and bursts, producing a local hydraulic impact of hundreds of Mpa (similar to a nuclear explosion). This phenomenon is called the "cavitation" effect. Under the continuous "cavitation" effect, the dirt on the surface, patterns or more concealed holes of the cleaned product is cracked and peeled off. At the same time, under the action of ultrasonic waves, the penetration force of the cleaning solution is strengthened, and the pulsating stirring is intensified, dissolved, rapidly decomposed and floated, thus thoroughly cleaning the product parts.
