3、 Application of HA/STHA series bearing induction heater (electromagnetic induction heater)
The HA/STHA series bearing heater is mainly used to heat various types of metal parts such as bearings, gears, bushings, shaft sleeves, diameter rings, pulleys, shrink rings, connectors, etc., and expand them through heating to meet the requirements of interference fit assembly.

4、 Structure of HA/STHA series bearing induction heater (electromagnetic induction heater)
The HA/STHA series bearing heater is installed on a handcart by combining the main engine and control box. It has a mobile structure, which is convenient for flexible application during on-site construction. The detachable yoke is directly used for threading bearings or heating other workpieces.
5、 Operating Procedure for HA/STHA Series Bearing Induction Heater (Electromagnetic Induction Heater)
1. Place the yoke on the end face of the host.
2. Insert the plug into a power outlet with a control switch.
3. Check if the grounding wire is in good condition, and test it with a measuring pen after powering on.
4. Press the start button to power on the host.
5. Check that there is no voltage between the yoke and the ground.
6. Press the stop button to power off the host and stop heating.
7. Select different yoke sleeves according to different specifications of bearings or other workpieces, and place the yoke on the top surface of the host, which should match and be flat.
8. When heating, the sensor should be inserted into the "sensing socket" and tightly attached to the heated workpiece.
9. When the bearing is heated to the desired temperature, it will automatically turn off the power or press the stop switch once.
10. After stopping heating, move the yoke to the left or right, remove the bearing, and then place the yoke back at the top of the main engine.
11. If the bearing is to be reused and heated continuously, simply insert the processed bearing into the yoke and press the start button.
6、 Precautions for HA/STHA series bearing induction heater (electromagnetic induction heater)
1. The grounding wire of the power supply must be in good condition.
2. Before placing the yoke on the host, it is strictly prohibited to press the start button switch, otherwise it may damage the instrument or burn out the fuse.
3. The temperature of the ball bearing heater should not exceed 150 ℃. Otherwise, it will cause bearing annealing.
4. In order to improve heating efficiency, when selecting the corresponding yoke according to the size of the bearing inner hole, it is advisable to choose a yoke with a larger cross-sectional area as much as possible.
5. The host must be placed flat without tilting, and the yoke must match the end face of the host.
6. The heating components in the yoke can only be removed after the host is powered off.
7. When the bearing heats up, refer to the table below for the increase in aperture.
