Note: (B) in the model indicates an oil filter using an explosion-proof motor, intended for use in situations with explosion-proof requirements;
2. It can be purchased with a punching machine to punch holes in filter paper.
3. It can be purchased with a 202 type constant temperature drying oven, which can dry filter paper and be reused to save money.
This series of oil filters has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy to use, strong operability, reliable performance, and good filtration effect. It is suitable for your oil treatment
A good and affordable choice.
Application of Plate and Frame Pressure Oil Filter (Plate and Frame Oil Filter/Plate and Frame Oil Filter)
This machine is designed for power plants, substations (stations), power supply stations, oil depots, and related factories to filter various insulating oils such as transformer oil and capacitor oil, as well as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, to remove impurities and moisture and improve the various properties of the oil. For oils with high viscosity, heating can also be used to reduce their viscosity for filtration, which has a good purification effect, saving costs and protecting the environment. It is an ideal fuel saving and recycling equipment. Specially suitable for the purification of lubrication and cooling systems in large imported equipment, it can ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend the replacement cycle of expensive imported oil inside the machine.
Main structural forms
This machine is composed of a gear pump, a filter, a safety valve, a return valve, a drain nozzle, a filter bed (including a pressure gauge, filter plate, filter frame, filter paper, oil pan), a front bracket, a rear bracket, a chassis, a pull rod, a coupling, and an electric motor. The filter plate and filter frame alternately form independent filter chambers, and the filter paper is sandwiched between the filter plate and the filter frame. The filtered oil is sucked in from the oil inlet of the filter, and after removing larger impurities through the filter, it enters the gear pump. The gear pump is driven by an electric motor through a coupling to rotate, causing hydraulic oil to enter the filter bed and filter out impurities in the oil through filter paper. Due to the capillary action of the oil filter paper, it can absorb residual moisture in the oil. The function of a safety valve is to control the pressure of the pipeline system. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve will immediately start, allowing the oil to circulate in the pump on its own without further increase in oil pressure, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. The return valve uses the vacuum effect of the gear pump inlet to suck the remaining oil in the oil pan into the filter. The drain nozzle is used for extracting oil samples.
