LUC type fine oil filter vehicle, also known as mobile oil filter vehicle. The equipment can be used as a hydraulic system, static pressure system, lubrication system, and various oil equipment for oil injection or regular filtration. It has a certain economic effect on saving fuel and recycling dirty oil.  

The LUC type fine mobile oil filter truck equipment is equipped with two specifications: single-stage fine filter and double series fine filter. When obtaining high-purity oil, two-stage series fine filtration can be used. And it can be combined freely according to requirements, such as using a precision of 10 microns for the primary filter element and 5 microns or 3 microns for the secondary filter element. After this combination, the highest filtration accuracy of the oil can reach NSA6 level and ISO440615/12 level.

1. In order to ensure the oil delivery capacity and normal use of the oil filtration equipment, users should ensure that the inner diameter size of the self equipped oil pipe meets the specifications in the table above, and pay attention to the absence of pressure and suction in the suction pipe during operation. Oil absorption height difference<500 millimeters.
2. The oil filter truck is equipped with two inlet and outlet oil pipes, each measuring 2.5 meters, when it leaves the factory. If the user has length requirements, please indicate them when placing an order.
3. To ensure that secondary contamination of the oil is avoided during cleaning or replacement of the filter element. Both series of products are equipped with drain valves. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, the oil stored in the filter cartridge must be drained first
