3、 Structural characteristics of portable oil filter
The GLJ filter machine consists of a filter bed, an oil pump, a primary filter, an automatic oil return device, and other components. A filter bed is a filtration system composed of filter plates, filter frames, filter paper, compression plates, and thrust plates that are manually tightened by screws. Under the working pressure of the oil pump, the oil enters through the holes formed by the center of the filter plate, and then disperses onto the left and right filter papers of each filter plate through the small square holes on the filter frame. Under a certain pressure, the oil is filtered through the filter papers. Filter paper is an introduction to filtration. When oil and dirt pass through the filter paper, the water and impurities in the oil are retained on the side of the filter paper that bears the oil pressure. Impurities belong to adsorption, and the clean oil passes through the small holes on each filter plate and exits through the channels composed of filter plates. During filtration, the oil is filtered in parallel for each filter plate. Dirty oil enters through the A channel and exits through the small square holes of the filter frame. It is filtered through the left and right filter papers, and the clean oil accumulates in the plate residue and converges into the B channel for discharge. As the dirt on the surface of the filter paper gradually increases, the moisture in the filter paper also increases. At this time, the working pressure will gradually increase. Generally, it is more suitable to start below 0.39Mpa, and if it exceeds 0.39Mpa, the filter paper should be replaced. The use of an air switch is to prevent blockages in the oil outlet pipe and equipment accidents caused by high oil pressure.
There is a primary filter installed in front of the oil pump to protect it. The primary filter is equipped with a copper cloth mesh, which can filter out larger particles in the oil. It is important to pay attention to impurities on the copper cloth mesh regularly.
The machine is equipped with an automatic oil return device, which often leaks oil particles from the oil filter paper and flows into the oil tank during operation. Through the action of a float, the oil stored in the standard oil tank is sucked into the oil pump for re filtration.
