It consists of an electric oil pump (10), a high-pressure oil pipe (12), a quick connector (13), a working oil cylinder (8), a plunger (7), and a bent pipe component [including an upper flower plate (3), a lower flower plate (14), a mold head (4), and a roller shaft (2)]. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump is sent into the working cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working cylinder, generating thrust, and bends the pipe through the bent pipe component.

The pipe bending machine is suitable for installing and repairing pipes in factories, warehouses, docks, buildings, railways, automobiles, and other places. In addition to its bending function, it can also be used as a separate hydraulic jack by removing the bending component (oil cylinder).

5、 Usage and precautions of WYQ electric pipe bending machine (electric hydraulic pipe bending machine)
1. Instructions for using WYQ electric pipe bending machine (electric hydraulic pipe bending machine):
(1) Refer to the user manual for the electric oil pump.  
(2) First, screw the working oil cylinder (8) into the internal thread of the square block (6), so that the wheel at the rear end of the oil cylinder mounted on the bracket is facing downwards.  
(3) Select the die head (4) based on the outer diameter of the bent pipe, fit it onto the plunger (7), align the grooves of the two roller shafts with the die head, and then place them into the holes of the corresponding size flower plate (3). Cover the upper flower plate and insert the bent pipe into the groove. Pull the movable part of the quick connector (13) at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe (12) backwards and fit it onto the joint of the working oil cylinder (8). Tighten the oil drain screw (11) on the electric oil pump (10) to bend the pipe. After bending the pipe, loosen the oil drain screw and the plunger (7) will automatically reset.  
2. Attention:
(1) Refer to the user manual for the electric oil pump.  
(2) Never remove the quick connector when there is a load.  
(3) This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is necessary to clean and maintain the oil and this machine to avoid clogging or oil leakage, which may affect the effectiveness of use.
