JSN (W) 1 series anti misoperation mechanical program lock is a specialized mechanical lock for high-voltage switchgear. This lock forces operators to operate electrical equipment according to established safety procedures, thereby avoiding misoperation of electrical equipment and meeting the "five prevention" requirements relatively comprehensively. This product is equipped with a master key that can open any lock for non programmed operations such as live work after the equipment is shipped, debugged, or put into operation.
This product has the ability to distinguish between the opening and closing positions of each knife switch and the opening and closing position of the mesh door. And during operation, there is no need to switch keys one by one. Only one key is needed to complete multiple operations in one circuit according to the specified program. Due to the absence of a pin in the lock, it overcomes the inherent drawbacks of pin locks. This is a breakthrough and pioneering in China.
Environmental conditions for the use of DSN3, JSN (W) series indoor electromagnetic locks and anti misoperation mechanical program locks
1. Altitude: not exceeding 1000m.
2. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 ℃, lower limit -10 ℃, daily temperature difference of 15 ℃.
3. Humidity conditions: The average daily relative humidity should not exceed 95%; The average monthly relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
4. Earthquake intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees.
5. Environmental conditions: Places without fire, explosion hazards, severe dust, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration, with a pollution level of II.

4、 Easy operation instructions
1. Control switch lock
Replace the original control switch panel and handle with a control switch lock. Insert the program key into the hole at the bottom of the lock panel, then insert the red card and turn the handle clockwise to close the switch. Replace the green card and turn the handle counterclockwise to open the switch. When in the pre opening position, the program key will not be removed. This lock has an emergency unlocking device (white plate)
Attention: When the control switch is locked without a matching conversion switch, do not turn it 360 degrees to prevent damage. It can only be tested between merging and splitting.
2. Knife Lock
When opening the switch: Insert the key into the slot marked with the "close" character, turn the key clockwise to align the engraved line on the key. Pull out the locking pin and operate the isolation switch handle. After the switch is opened, the lock pin automatically resets, and the key continues to rotate clockwise into place. Remove the key from the slot marked with the "open" character to lock it. Align with the opening.
When closing the lock, insert the key into the slot marked with the word 'separation', and turn the key counterclockwise to align the engraved line on the key with the engraved line on the lock body. Pull out the locking pin and operate the isolation switch handle. After closing, the locking pin will automatically reset, and the key will continue to rotate counterclockwise into place. Pull out the key from the slot marked with the "close" character to lock it. Align with when closing.
Attention: It is not allowed to operate the lock with both hands at the same time during operation (i.e. one hand operates the key and the other hand pulls the locking pin)
3. Cabinet door lock
When opening the door, insert the key into the lock hole of the mesh door lock, turn the key clockwise into place, and remove the key to open the mesh door. When closing the door, insert the key into the lock hole of the mesh door lock, close the door, turn the key counterclockwise into place, and remove the key to lock the mesh door.
Except for the control switch lock, each set of locks on other lock bodies has its own operation sequence number. Simply stamp 1, 2, 3, 4 (opening sequence) with a steel seal, and open the circuit in this order or close it in the order of 4, 3, 2, 1.
