ZFK6-8I/L vacuum auxiliary switch is suitable for controlling the closing, opening, interlocking, signal circuit of high-voltage switch operating mechanism and various high-voltage switchgear. It can also be used as a conversion or combination switch, as a substitute for mechanical or auxiliary switches.
1. Product Overview:
At present, the F series auxiliary switches used in domestic isolation switches and other electrical appliances adopt mechanical friction contact type, which generally has problems such as unreliable contact, poor environmental adaptability, low protection level, and short service life. To solve these problems, our factory has developed a novel ZFK6 series vacuum auxiliary switch by replacing mechanical contacts with vacuum reed switches. Its high on/off reliability, 100000 contact life, maintenance free performance, and good compatibility make it the preferred product to replace F-series auxiliary switches. It is widely used in relay switching circuits and signal acquisition circuits, and is suitable for protection circuits, electromagnetic lock circuits, isolation switch auxiliary circuits, and circuit breaker secondary control intermediate circuits.
2. Structure and performance characteristics:
The ZFK6 series vacuum assisted switch adopts the same appearance and size to achieve full compatibility.
The core components of the ZFK6 series switch are sealed as a whole to enhance reliability, and the rotor of its moving part is installed with permanent magnetic steel. Placed on the fixed plate, it does not generate friction with the fixed plate, so the rotation of the shaft is light and flexible, and there is no mechanical jamming.
The head of the switch adopts a quick action mechanism. When the shaft rotates to 75 °, under the action of the energy storage spring, the movable block drives the rotor to move quickly and reliably stay at the end position. The wiring terminal adopts composite slot combination screws, and the pressure washer automatically rises and falls with the tightening and loosening of the screws, making wiring convenient.

Adaptable
Mechanical contact switches can quickly experience poor contact due to corner corrosion in corrosive environments. The contacts of ZFK6 series switches are sealed in vacuum tubes, ensuring good on/off performance even in dusty, humid, and corrosive environments. In addition, considering the need for users to replace old switches and adapt to various installation scenarios, the ZFK6 series vacuum switches have taken into account different installation methods, rotation angles, and center height requirements. Except for the main and auxiliary nodding of the circuit breaker, it can replace all auxiliary switches of the F series.
Long lifespan, anti-interference
The lifespan of the vacuum tube of the ZFK6 series switch is 2 × 104 analysis times, which is much higher than the 20000 times of mechanical contacts; The permanent magnetic steel that controls the on/off of the switch is made of rare earth magnetic materials, which have strong magnetism and never demagnetize. The structure of the switch itself can effectively resist various magnetic and electric field interferences.
High strength, no need for maintenance
The components of the F series switch are relatively scattered and require frequent maintenance due to their inherent unreliability. The ZFK6 series switch seals the core components vacuum and connecting copper sheets with epoxy resin in a fixed plate, which has high mechanical strength and fundamentally eliminates the possibility of unreliable contact, saving the trouble of frequent maintenance.
High reliability of electrical contact
In the past, the on/off of F series switch contacts was achieved through mechanical friction contact. The arc produced causes the contact surface to burn black, seriously affecting the contact reliability. However, the contacts of ZFK6 series switches work in vacuum or inert gas media, and do not generate arcs under specified currents, ensuring good electrical contact reliability.
