MZW2 series intelligent universal circuit breaker
Usage and classification
The MZW2 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) has a rated voltage of 400V, 690V, AC 50Hz, and a rated current of 400A-6300A. It is mainly used in distribution networks to distribute electrical energy, protect lines, and protect power equipment from overload, short circuit, single-phase grounding, undervoltage, and other hazards. This circuit breaker has multiple intelligent protection functions, which can achieve selective protection and precise action, avoiding unnecessary power outages and improving power supply reliability. Simultaneously equipped with an open communication interface, it can perform four remote operations to meet the requirements of the group center and automation system.
This circuit breaker has a pulse withstand voltage of 8000V at an altitude of 2000M (adjusted according to standards for different altitudes, up to a maximum of 12000V). This circuit breaker does not come with an intelligent system
Separators and sensors can serve as isolation devices.
The circuit breaker complies with standards such as GB14048.2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers" and IEC60947.2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers".

Performance:
a、 Intelligent controllers are divided into: H-type (communication type), M-type (ordinary type), L-type (economy type), 2M type (high immunity type), 2H type (high immunity communication type)
b、 It has overload long delay inverse time limit, short delay inverse time limit, timed limit, and instantaneous action functions. Users can set the required protection features by themselves;
c、 Single phase grounding protection function:
d、 Display function: setting current display, action current display, and line voltage display (voltage display should be specified at the time of ordering);
e、 Alarm function: overload alarm;
f、 Self check function: overheating self check, microcomputer self diagnosis;

There are five types of intelligent controllers based on their functions:
L-type - Economic type (current column display, dial adjustment)
M-type - ordinary type (current digital display, button adjustment)
H-type - communication type (current digital display, button adjustment and communication)
2M type - high anti-interference type (current digital display, button adjustment)
2H type - high anti-interference communication type (electronic digital display, button adjustable and communicable)

Normal working conditions
Surrounding air temperature
The upper limit value shall not exceed+40 ℃;
The lower limit value shall not be lower than -5 ℃;
The average value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
Note: The working conditions with a lower limit of A at+10 ℃ or -25 ℃ must be declared by the user to our factory when placing an order;
If the upper limit value of B exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, the user should negotiate with our factory.
The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000M
atmospheric conditions
The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃; At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity, with an average maximum relative humidity of 90% in the wettest month, and a monthly average minimum temperature of+25 ℃, taking into account condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes. Beyond the regulations, users should negotiate with our factory.
Protection level: IP30.
Usage category: Class B or Class A.
Installation category
Circuit breakers with a rated working voltage of 690V or below are used for installation category IV; The installation category of auxiliary circuits, except for the undervoltage trip coil, the primary coil of the power transformer, and the main circuit of the circuit breaker, has a rated working voltage of 400V. The installation category of auxiliary circuits is III.

The maximum power consumption of the circuit breaker is 360W. The rated continuous current variation of the circuit breaker at different ambient temperatures is shown in Table 3
