Purpose:
The FY type separated series hydraulic multi-purpose bearing puller consists of an oil pump and a main body, and is also equipped with various sizes of pulling dies. Widely applicable to the manufacturing and maintenance of industrial equipment such as machinery, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, etc. After the separation of the cylinder body, it can be used for lifting, tunneling, jacking, bending, straightening, shearing, assembly, disassembly, pressure testing and other work, especially suitable for field operations without power supply. *The characteristic of the bearing puller is divided into five series. The Type I series is suitable for disassembling small bearings, gears, pulleys, couplings with an outer diameter of 10-80 millimeters, assembling and repairing household appliances and motorcycles, or assembling circular parts of corresponding sizes. 2. The 3, 4, and 5 series are suitable for disassembling bearings, gears, wheel couplings, and other corresponding sized objects with an outer diameter of 80-280 millimeters. They also have unexpected pulling effects on difficult to disassemble speed regulating motors, Y series motor generators, fire-resistant and explosion-proof motors, and various types of pump motor bearings.
Usage and precautions
1. Usage method
1、 After placing the main body, pull the quick connector at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe back and place it on the joint of the main body. Loosen your hand and slightly push forward. Then tighten the oil drain screw (4) of the check valve on the main body and the oil drain screw (8) on the oil pump to use. After use, loosen both oil drain screws at the same time, and the main body core shaft will slowly descend.
2、 As the geometric dimensions of the bearing and other outer circles change, it is possible to choose to replace the appropriate claw and sleeve. When using, first clamp the claw onto the outer diameter of the bearing, then cover the sleeve with the maximum outer diameter of the claw. After that, lift the handle (2) up and down according to the above method (1). In addition, according to the various length and geometric dimensions of the workpiece, if the main core axis is pressed to the maximum limit but not to the axis, a random accessory top fitting can be selected.
