LH-20 type, LH-32 type spiral closure device (closure device, spiral tension machine, pull pump)
LH-20 and LH-32 spiral closure devices are designed specifically for welding steel plates on ships to tighten them and ensure they are in place, resulting in a more ideal welding effect.

Precautions for use and maintenance of the closure device
To ensure the normal use of the spiral tensile machine, maximize its effectiveness, and extend its service life, it is necessary to pay attention to reasonable use and maintenance
Before use, the weight of the heavy object should be estimated first, and then the number of tension machines used should be determined so that the load on the tension machine does not exceed its rated load
When multiple tensile machines are used together, the pulling speed should be maintained at the same point
3. When using, first rotate the ratchet assembly to raise the lifting sleeve, but it should not exceed the red warning line on the lifting sleeve
4. The chain links and shackles on the tensile machine should be securely attached to the hooks on the lifted object
5. Correct the direction of the teeth on the ratchet assembly, then insert the handle and rotate it back and forth to start lifting
6. The length of the handle should not be extended or lengthened to prevent overloading of the tensile machine
7. After completing the work, push the supporting teeth towards the upward direction of the sleeve, then insert the handle and turn it back and forth. After loosening, remove the tension machine
8. The ratchet assembly should be kept clean and lubricated regularly to ensure its flexible and reliable operation
9. The mating surface between the lifting sleeve and the housing should be regularly oiled, and the oil filling hole should also be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil
10. Bearings, bevel gears, and screw rods should be kept lubricated. Depending on the frequency of use, the base should be disassembled regularly, cleaned, and then lubricated with oil
11. If the ratchet assembly is found to be inflexible, the ratchet can be disassembled for inspection. If the lifting sleeve is found to be stuck or the lifting sleeve does not move when rotating the ratchet, the base should be disassembled for inspection In general, the malfunctioning tensile machine can be sent to the maintenance department for inspection For parts with severe wear or deformation, they should be replaced in a timely manner
