The TDZ1 series electromagnetic energized brake is mainly matched with Y and Y2 series motors to generate a new type of energized brake motor. The special structure of this brake eliminates the impact of axial movement of the motor shaft on the high air gap requirements of the brake, and can be installed at any angle.
Structure and working principle
The brake consists of an excitation part 3 (magnetic yoke, excitation coil, friction plate) and a connecting assembly part 6 (armature, connection), a return spring 4, a spline sleeve 5, and inner and outer stops 2 and 7. After the brake is powered on, the magnetic circuit generates magnetic flux, and the magnetic yoke attracts the armature to drive the connection on the spline sleeve to move, causing the armature to contact the friction plate and generate frictional force, forming a braking torque to achieve rapid braking; The power-off magnetic flux disappears, and the armature resets under the action of the reset spring, releasing the braking state.
