Due to the special nature of variable frequency power supply, general-purpose motors cannot meet the requirements of high-speed or low-speed operation and fast dynamic response. Therefore, the application of variable frequency speed regulation requires the use of dedicated variable frequency speed regulation motors. Boman Electromechanical Co., Ltd. has conducted research on the electromagnetic, insulation, ventilation and cooling aspects of motors based on the special requirements of variable frequency and variable frequency speed regulation. Combined with the characteristics of variable frequency speed regulation, CAD software has been used for careful design, and YPF series variable frequency speed regulation motors have been launched for users to choose from.

The YPF series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor can be matched with various SPWM frequency conversion devices to form a "frequency converter+variable frequency speed regulation motor" speed regulation system, with a wide adjustment range, small vibration, low noise, constant torque speed regulation characteristics when the frequency is less than 50Hz, and constant power output characteristics when the frequency is greater than 50Hz. The motor speed regulation is smooth, without torque pulsation phenomenon, and has high starting torque and small starting current; It can be used in various transmission devices that require speed regulation, such as light industry, textile, metallurgy, chemical industry, printing, packaging, food, machine tools, fans, water pumps, conveyor lines, etc.

The YPF series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed cage type three-phase asynchronous motor with the same power level and installation size as the Y2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motor. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the protection level is IP54, the cooling method is IC416, the ambient temperature does not exceed+40 ℃, the minimum temperature is -15 ℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. The working mode is continuous (S1), and the Y-connection is used for power below 55kW, and the △ connection is used for power above 55kW.
