The YLF2 series (IP54) motor is a new generation of three-phase asynchronous motor specifically designed for cooling towers. It fully considers the usage environment of cooling tower motors and is reasonably matched with cooling towers in terms of sealing, moisture resistance, water resistance, reliability, etc. It fully meets the outdoor protection requirements for long-term operation in humid and hot environments. It is a new type of flag that leads the development direction of cooling tower motors.
The YLF2 cooling tower dedicated electric motor adopts two installation forms: IM V30 and IM V1. The IM V30 machine base has no feet and is fixed with a direct connection bracket, used for directly connecting fans; The IM V1 type machine base has no feet, and the end cover has a flange, equipped with a reducer.
Applicable occasions: YLF2 cooling tower dedicated motor is suitable for electric drive of cooling tower fan type loads.
Usage environment: (1) Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
(2) No explosive or corrosive gases;
(3) The ambient temperature shall not exceed 45 ℃ and shall not be lower than -15 ℃;
(4) Power supply voltage: 380V, 50Hz
Installation and maintenance:
(1) When installing the fan on the IM V30 motor, installation holes can be drilled on the coupling. The IM V1 motor needs to be equipped with a reducer for use.
(2) Please read the "User Manual" carefully before operation.
(3) Please strictly follow the wiring diagram for the YDL series dual speed cooling tower motor.
Special reminder: Please strictly select the electric motor according to the load size! It is strictly prohibited to allow the electric motor to operate for a long time under overload conditions! The method to determine whether an electric motor is overloaded is to measure the working current of the motor under load using an ammeter (or clamp ammeter). If the working current exceeds the rated current on the motor nameplate, the motor is in an overloaded operating state
