Characteristics of J-GCB-D 1kV cold shrink intermediate joint:

Using a unique formula of highly elastic silicone rubber as insulation material, silicone rubber has many advantages as external insulation:
1. The most resistant to suspended chemical pollutants, not easy to stick to dust, resistant to high temperatures, acid and alkali corrosion.    
2. Natural anti ultraviolet and anti-aging ability.  
3. Good insulation performance, difficult to generate conductive carbide channels, excellent anti creepage performance, and insulation regeneration ability.  
4. It is a hydrophobic substance that can maintain high surface resistance.  
5. Has hydrophobic recovery function.  
Cold shrink installation method, easy to install:
Peel off the cable and fix the cold shrink end according to the specified size, extract the support strip and install it.  

Purpose:
J-GCB-D type 1kV cold shrink intermediate joint is used for connecting indoor or outdoor low-voltage cables (terminals or intermediate joints), as well as for the outgoing lines of motors below 6kV. One model is suitable for multiple wire diameters. And ensure excellent waterproofing, insulation, and mechanical strength. Due to the elongation of the insulation tube, it is particularly suitable for connecting cables and distribution cabinets
