Overview:
The ZKS series thyristor DC motor speed controller has the advantages of small size, easy installation, high speed regulation accuracy, and low price. It is widely used in various industries such as wires, cables, light industry, textile, papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, rubber and plastic, wire drawing, extrusion machinery, medical equipment, food production, printing and packaging, and can be matched with permanent magnet, separately excited, parallel excited, and series excited DC motors. Power small DC motors with less than 4KW armature to achieve constant torque and no top speed. The main circuit of this device adopts a single-phase bridge half control circuit, with voltage negative feedback and current positive feedback, current cutoff and soft start, etc., which improves the speed regulation accuracy, limits the starting current. The control circuit adopts a single junction transistor trigger, the circuit circuit is simple, the operation is stable and reliable, and the temperature compensation performance is stable.
