Welding positioner is a mechanical device that uses a rotating and flipping mechanism to place the welded workpiece in the ideal welding position. The displacement machine can be paired with an operating machine to form an automatic welding machine; It can be used as a peripheral device for robots to achieve welding automation in conjunction with robots; It can also be used separately. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, and light weight, and is an ideal welding equipment for industries such as pressure vessels, metallurgy, power, chemical machinery, and metal structures.
The most common welding positioner is a seat type positioner, which consists of a rotary worktable, a tilting mechanism, a motor drive system, and a controller.
The rotary worktable is driven by a DC or AC motor. By continuously adjusting the speed through a speed controller, the required welding speed can be achieved.
The worktable flipping or tilting is driven by a motor through a sector gear, with a maximum tilt angle of 110 ° -135 °. The tilting speed is fixed and can be self-locked at any angle.
The flipping of the displacement machine worktable adopts electric flipping, which is accurate and reliable in positioning, and can make the workpiece in the most ideal welding position for welding.
