Main purpose and characteristics
The CZ series column and beam welding system is a mechanical equipment that enables the automatic welding head to move accurately and autonomously within a set space. It can be matched with welding roller frames or welding positioners and is widely used for welding internal and external welds, as well as longitudinal and circumferential welds of various components in manufacturing industries such as boilers, pressure vessels, petroleum, chemical, and machinery. The machine has an advanced structure, complete functions, and easy operation, which plays a reliable role in improving welding quality. It is a commonly used equipment for achieving low-cost, high-quality, and efficient welding.
The characteristics are:
1. Flexible and adaptable, with a wide range of operations and the ability to reserve linkage interfaces, it can be used in conjunction with welding auxiliary equipment such as roller frames and positioners. It can perform welding on the inner and outer circumferential seams, inner and outer longitudinal seams, spiral welding, as well as welding on the inner and outer surfaces of rotating body welded parts. It can also weld spatial linear welds such as horizontal and diagonal welds on components. In addition to welding, if a corresponding machine head is installed at the front end of the crossbeam, it can also be used for grinding, cutting, painting, and non-destructive testing, with a wide range of applications.
2. According to the requirements of the welding process, it can be combined with single wire, double wire submerged arc welding, CO2 welding, MIG/MAG welding, wire feeding system, and welding power supply.
3. The control system of the operating machine can be designed according to user requirements, including traditional electromagnetic control, simple microcontroller control, PLC control, and computer integrated control, to achieve full automation of the welding process.
