I. Overview
The Z series hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer is an external involute helical cylindrical gear reducer produced according to the national professional standard ZBJ19004.
This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals and other fields.
2、 The scope of application of the reducer is as follows:
1. The high-speed axle rotation shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute.
2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 meters per second.
3. The working environment temperature is -40-45 ℃. If it is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. This reducer can be used for both forward and reverse operation.
3、 Characteristics:
1. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. The gears are all machined using CNC grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.
2. High transmission rate: single-stage greater than 96.5%, two-stage greater than 93%, three-stage greater than 90%.
3. Smooth operation and low noise.
4. Small size, light weight, long service life, and high load-bearing capacity.
5. Easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install
