1、 Product Features
The YL series reducer is a transmission component with high load-bearing capacity and hard toothed belt thrust seat designed for plastic screw extruders based on similar foreign products. The product design adopts various technical specifications specified in ZBJ19009-88. Its characteristic is the use of high-strength alloy steel material for the integral box body, gears, and shaft parts, processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GB10095-2001, level 6. Tooth surface hardness HRC54~62. A large-sized thrust bearing is installed at the front end of the hollow input shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw. The whole machine has the advantages of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
