Introduction to CW series arc tooth worm gear reducer:
I. Overview
The circular cylindrical worm gear reducer adopts a single-stage worm gear reduction transmission, which complies with the industry recommended standard JB/T7935-95 (formerly the national standard GB9147-88) and has reached the international level of the 1990s. The entire series includes three models, 16 center distances, and 12 speed ratios. The input power range is between 0.39~189KW, and the output torque is between 107~13500N. m.
The circular cylindrical worm shaft can operate in both forward and reverse directions, with an input speed not exceeding 1500r/min and a working environment temperature of -40~40 degrees. When the working environment temperature is below 0 degrees, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 degrees before starting; When the working environment temperature is below 40 degrees, cooling measures must be taken.

1. Model and center distance
This series of reducers includes:
CWU - Circular cylindrical worm gear reducer with worm gear below the worm wheel;
CWS - Circular cylindrical worm gear reducer with worm gear on the side of the worm wheel;
CWO - Circular cylindrical worm gear reducer with worm gear above the worm wheel;
Three models and a=63~500mm, with 16 center distances.
