Mainly composed of electric or manual oil pump, high-pressure hose, quick connector, working oil cylinder and bracket, machine base, etc. The pressure oil generated by the oil pump is input into the working oil cylinder through a high-pressure hose, pushing the piston and the upper blade mounted on the piston to move towards the lower blade fixed on the bracket to cut off the angle iron. When cutting the angle iron, the adjusting nut branch should be supported in the angle iron groove to avoid damaging the blade. After the angle iron breaks, do not continue to move the upper blade downwards. Instead, restore the upper blade to prevent damage to the cutting edge and machine base. The upper and lower blades are worn and need to be sharpened. The back angle of the upper blade is 5 ° -8 °, and the back angle of the lower blade is 0 °.
