1 Purpose
The DL-10 series current relay is used as a starting element for overload and short circuit protection in motors, transformers, and transmission lines.
Overview of Structure 2
2.1 The relay system is electromagnetic instantaneous action, with two coils in the magnetic system. The coil leads are connected to the terminals of the relay base, and a connecting piece (factory accessory) can be used to change the series connection of the coils to parallel connection, thereby doubling the setting range of the relay. The internal wiring diagram of the relay is shown in Figure 1.
The relay is installed on a vertical panel and can be wired in front of or behind the board.

3 Technical data
3.1 Disconnecting capacity of contacts: When the voltage is not greater than 220V and the current is not greater than 2A, it is 50W in DC circuits with inductive loads (time constant T is not greater than 5 × 10-3s); in AC circuits (COS Φ=0.4), it is 250VA.
3.2 Action time: When the setting value is 1.1 times, the action time shall not exceed 0.12s; when the setting value is 2 times, the action time shall not exceed 0.04s.
3.3 Dielectric Strength: Each circuit of the relay should withstand a test of AC 50Hz, voltage 2kV, and duration of 1 minute between non charged metal parts.
The weight of the relay is approximately 1 kg.

3.6 The appearance and installation hole size of the relay are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 respectively. ·
