Application of DZB-500 series intermediate relay

3.1 When the ambient temperature is+20 ℃, the reliable operating voltage of the relay shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage/holding current shall not exceed 80% of the rated current.
3.2 Keep the winding in a dead state, and the relay action time and return time shall not exceed 0.05s.
3.3 Relay contact disconnection capability
3.3.1 In a DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 1A, and there is an inductance (time constant not greater than 5 × 10-3S), the breaking power of the contacts is 50W.
In an AC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 2.5A, the contact breaking power is 500VA.
3.3.3 When the contact is in the closed position, it is allowed to pass 5A current for a long time.
When the ambient temperature is -40 ℃, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, with a temperature rise not exceeding 65K, while the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current for 3 seconds.
The conductive parts of the relay and the iron core can withstand AC voltage of 50Hz and 2kV for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
3.6 The relay can withstand 105 actions.

A coil with a wire diameter greater than 0.09 and a voltage of 3.9 220V is considered to be powered on for a short period of time, while a coil with a wire diameter less than 0.09 is considered to be powered on for a long period of time.
