2 DZB-500Q series intermediate relay model meaning

Overview of Structure 3
3.1 The DZB-500Q series intermediate relay adopts embedded installation, and the main body of the relay is a plug-in structure.
3.2 The main body of the DZB-500Q series intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZB-500 series intermediate relay.

4 Technical data

4.2 When the ambient temperature is+20 ℃, the reliable operating voltage of the relay shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage. Maintain a current not exceeding 80% of the rated current.
4.3 Keep the winding in a dead state, and the relay action time and return time shall not exceed 0.05s.
4.4 Relay contact opening capability
4.4.1 In a DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed lA, and there is an inductance (time constant not greater than 5 × 10-3S), the breaking power of the contacts is 50W.
4.4.2 In an AC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 2.5A, the contact breaking power is 500VA.
4.4.3 When the contact is in the closed position, it is allowed to pass 5A current for a long time.
When the ambient temperature is+40 ℃, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time with a temperature rise not exceeding 65k, while the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current with a temperature rise not exceeding 65k for 3 seconds.
4.6 The conductive parts of the relay and the iron core can withstand AC voltage of 50Hz and 2kV for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
4.7 The relay can withstand 105 actions.
4.8 The coil with a wire diameter greater than 0.09 is considered to be powered on for a short period of time, while the coil with a wire diameter less than 0.09 is considered to be powered on for a long period of time.
