Overview of the Structure of DZB-500T Series Intermediate Relays
3.1 The DZB-500T series intermediate relay adopts a protruding installation, and the main body of the relay is installed in an insertable structure housing.
3.2 The main body of the DZB-500T series intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZB-500.

4.2 When the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, the reliable operating voltage of the relay shall not be less than 70% of the rated voltage. Maintain a current not exceeding 80% of the rated current.
4.3 Keep the winding in a dead state and ensure that the relay operates for no more than 0.05 seconds.
4.4 Relay contact disconnection capability and connection capacity.
4.4.1 In a DC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 1A, and there is an inductance (time constant not greater than 5 × 10-3s), the breaking power of the contacts is 50W.
4.4.2 In an AC circuit, when the voltage does not exceed 250V and the current does not exceed 2.5A, the contact breaking power is 500VA.
4.4.3 When the contact is in the closed position, it is allowed to pass 5A current for a long time.
When the ambient temperature is+40 ℃, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time with a temperature rise not exceeding 65k, while the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current for 3 seconds with a temperature rise exceeding 65k.
4.6 The conductive parts of the relay and the iron core can withstand AC 50Hz, 2kV for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
4.7 Relay has an electrical lifespan of 1000 times and a mechanical lifespan of 104 times.
4.8 The working environment temperature ranges from -25 ℃ to+40 ℃.
A coil with a wire diameter greater than 0.09 and a voltage of 4.9 220V is considered to be powered on for a short period of time, while a coil with a wire diameter less than 0.09 is considered to be powered on for a long period of time.
