DX-11Q, 11A/Q, 11B/Q, and 11C/Q signal relays are used as signal indicators in DC operated protection circuits.
2 Structure and principle
This relay has an electromagnetic coil, three sets of movable contact points with a common point, and a signal board. It is an electromagnetic snap on relay and should be installed on a vertical panel.
The DX-11Q has an electromagnet, three sets of moving contact points with a common point, and a signal board. The DX-11A/Q relay has an electromagnet, two sets of moving contact points, and a signal board. The DX-11B/Q relay has an electromagnet, two sets of moving contact points, and a signal board.
The DX-11C/Q type relay has an electromagnet, a pair of movable contacts, a pair of movable contacts, and a signal board.
The internal wiring diagram of the above relay is shown in Figure 1.

3 DX-11Q, 11A/Q, 11B/Q, 11C/Q Signal Relay Technical Data
3.1 The rated data of relays are listed in Table 1 (for current type relays) and Table 2 (for voltage type relays).
3.2 The power consumption of current type relays is about 0.3W, while the power consumption of voltage type relay coil circuits is about 2W.
3.3 Under the condition of instantaneous return of the relay, when the voltage is below 250V and the current is below 2A, the breaking capacity of the contacts is 50W in DC circuits with inductive loads and 250VA in AC circuits.
3.4 The circuit of the relay should withstand AC 50Hz and voltage 2kV for 1 minute to test the dielectric strength of the casing.
The weight of the 3.5 relay is approximately 0.5kg

3.7 For 220V coils with a wire diameter greater than 0.09, short-term power supply is considered; for coils with a wire diameter less than 0.09, long-term power supply is considered.
