Application of DZ-10Q series intermediate relay
The DZ-10Q series intermediate relay is used as an auxiliary relay in various protection circuits to increase the number of contacts or contact capacity of the main protection relay.
2 Structure and principle
2.1 The DZ-10Q series intermediate relay adopts embedded installation, and the main body is a plug-in structure.
The main body of the DZ-10Q series intermediate relay is the same as that of the DZ-10 series intermediate relay.
The DZ-10Q series relay is an electromagnetic pull in instantaneous action relay.
2.4 The mountain shaped magnetic conductor is composed of a magnetic yoke plate and a cylindrical iron core, on which a coil is mounted. The flat armature is hinged with a bronze thin bent plate and a magnetic yoke plate. The dynamic and static contact systems are respectively fixed on the armature and magnetic yoke. When voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, the armature moves towards the suction position and changes the contact state of the contacts (such as closing the dynamic contact). After removing the voltage (or reducing the voltage to the return voltage), the armature returns to its original position under the reaction force of the tension spring and contact piece, and the contact returns to its normal state (such as closing the dynamic breaking contact).
The DZ-15Q type intermediate relay has two sets of dynamic contacts and two sets of dynamic contacts.
The DZ-16Q intermediate relay has three sets of dynamic contacts and one set of dynamic contacts.
2.7 DZ-17Q type intermediate relay has four sets of dynamic contact points.
The internal wiring diagram of the DZ-10Q series intermediate relay is shown in Figure 1.
The appearance and installation of the intermediate relay in the DZ-10Q series are shown in Figure 2.
