2. Action principle and structural characteristics
2.1 Action principle
The action of a relay is based on electromagnetic principles. A permanent magnet is installed between the iron core and the yoke. After the relay is activated, if the power supply to the operating coil is cut off, the relay relies on the magnetic force of the permanent magnet to keep the armature in the holding position, and the contacts and signal signs remain in working condition; When a short reset voltage is applied to the reset coil, the relay returns to the released state.
2.2 Structural Features
2.2.1 The DX-60Q series signal relay is embedded, and the main body is a plug-in structure.

Note: The resistance value of the reset coil is all 280V, and the reset voltage is 36V.
The error of resistance values above 2 is K10%.
The thermal stability performance of the 3-current coil can withstand 4 times the rated current for a long time, with a temperature rise not exceeding 65K.
4. For 220V voltage coils with a wire diameter greater than 0.09, short-term power supply is considered; for coils with a wire diameter less than 0.09, long-term power supply is considered.
3.2 The rated voltage of the reset coil is 36V, and the resistance value of the reset coil is 280V with 2900 turns.
The operating current of the attraction line of the 3.3 current type relay shall not exceed 90% of the rated value. The operating voltage of the attraction line of the voltage type relay shall not exceed 70% of the rated value.
3.4 Contact breaking capacity
When the current is not greater than 2A and the voltage is not greater than 250V in a DC circuit, the contact can disconnect a DC inductive load with a time constant of 5H10-3S for a DC inductive load of 50W.
When the current of the AC circuit is not greater than 2.5A and the voltage does not exceed 250V, the contact can disconnect with a power factor cos&of 0.4K0.1. The load of the circuit is 500VA.
3.5 Thermal stability: For current type relays, they should be able to withstand 15 times the rated current for 1 second without insulation damage, and the coils and structural parts should not have permanent mechanical deformation.
3.6 Power consumption:
For voltage type relays, the power consumption of the working group should not exceed 2.5W at the rated operating voltage.
For current type relays, the power consumption of the working group should not exceed 0.15W at the rated operating current.
The reset coil of the relay has a power consumption of no more than 6W at the rated reset voltage.
3.7 Dielectric strength: The conductive parts and the yoke can withstand an AC voltage of 50Hz and 2kV for 1 minute.
