Overview of Structure 2
The relay system is made using the principle of polarization, and it has a voltage coil and a current coil. When the current is greater than 800A, there is no current coil, and the relay is directly installed on the busbar.
Relays are divided into ten types according to their rated voltage, and the voltage coils are designed according to their rated voltage.
Relays are classified into twelve types based on their rated current, and there are three types of relay structures depending on the magnitude of the rated current.
The relay has a movable contact or a movable contact.
During installation, the shaft of the relay must be in a horizontal position with the contacts located directly above.

3.2 Action value: The relay should be able to operate when the reverse current value introduced into the relay current coil is not greater than 15% of the rated current value.
3.3 Return value: When the reverse current value entering the relay current coil is 50% of the rated current value, disconnecting the current circuit can reliably return.
In the current coil of the relay, after passing a forward surge current of 200% of the rated value for 1 second, the relay should not experience misoperation or mechanism damage.
The power consumption of the 3.5 voltage winding shall not exceed 3.5W.
When the voltage is not greater than 220V and the current is not greater than 5A, the contact breaking capacity in a DC inductive load (time constant of 5H10-3S) circuit is 100W.
When the temperature of the surrounding medium is+40 ℃, the voltage coil of the relay should be able to withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time, and its temperature rise should not exceed 60K.
3.8 All conductive parts of the relay should withstand AC 50Hz, 1KV voltage for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover due to the dielectric strength of the casing.
The weight of the 3.9 relay is 2Kg
The appearance and installation dimensions of the 3.10 relay are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3.
