Application of ZJ4 type intermediate relay
ZJ4 type intermediate relay (hereinafter referred to as relay) is used in AC operation circuits to expand the control range of the main protection relay or increase the contact capacity.

2 Working principle and structure
2.1 This relay is an electromagnetic valve type instantaneous action relay, installed on a rubberwood base and covered with a plastic shell. The electromagnet of the relay is fixed on the bracket of the contact system, and the mechanical connection between the armature and the contact system is achieved by the bent plate on the fixed armature. When a voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, the armature is attracted and the contact state of the bent plate contact fixed to the armature changes.
2.2 Relays are divided into front wiring and rear wiring, and are installed on a vertical panel.
2.3 The internal wiring diagram of the relay is shown in Figure 1. The outline drawing and installation dimension drawing are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.

3.1 Rated voltage: AC 220V, 127V, 110V or 100V, 50HZ.
3.2 Operating voltage: not exceeding 80% of the rated voltage.
