The SWC-DH cross axis universal joint is one of the most commonly used couplings. By utilizing its structural characteristics, it is possible to enable two axes with equal angular velocities that are not on the same axis or have large axial angles or axial movements to rotate continuously, and reliably transmit torque and motion. It can be widely used in mechanical shaft systems for metallurgy, lifting, engineering transportation, mining, petroleum, shipbuilding, coal, rubber, papermaking machinery, and other heavy machinery industries to transmit torque.  

The main features of SWC-DH cross axis universal joint are: 1. It has a large angle compensation capability. 2. The structure is compact and reasonable. The SWC-DH model adopts an integral fork head, making transportation more reliable. 3. High load-bearing capacity. Compared with other types of couplings with the same rotational diameter, it transmits greater torque, which is more advantageous for mechanical equipment with limited rotational diameter in terms of matching range. 4. High transmission efficiency. Its transmission efficiency reaches 98-99.8%, which is suitable for high-power transmission and has a significant energy-saving effect. 5. Smooth transportation, low noise, and easy installation, disassembly, and maintenance.
