Overview

The ZDLT electric regulating diaphragm valve consists of PS series and 3610 series straight stroke electric actuators and diaphragm valves. The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with a servo amplifier inside. By inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to adjust working parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow rate, small volume, and high adjustment accuracy. The control accuracy and performance are significantly improved compared to the DKZ type. The diaphragm valve body flows smoothly, the throttling element is an elastic diaphragm valve, and there is no packing box on the valve cover. Therefore, the flow capacity of the valve is larger than that of a general regulating valve and there is no leakage. It can be used as a shut-off valve within the allowable pressure difference range. This valve is suitable for regulating high viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fiber media, toxic media, and corrosive media.
