JMI type diaphragm coupling (JB/T 9147-1999)

The diaphragm coupling is composed of several sets of diaphragms (stainless steel thin plates) connected to the two halves of the coupling in a staggered manner with bolts. Each set of diaphragms is composed of several stacked pieces, and the diaphragms are divided into connecting rod type and integral pieces of different shapes.

The diaphragm coupling compensates for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance metal elastic element flexible coupling that does not require lubrication, has a compact structure, high strength, long service life, no rotational clearance, and is not affected by temperature and oil pollution. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for shaft transmission in high-temperature, high-speed, and corrosive medium working environments.
