Introduction:

The LT type elastic sleeve pin coupling is a transmission shaft system suitable for connecting two coaxial lines according to the national standard GB4323-84. It has a certain compensation for the relative displacement of the two shafts and general shock absorption performance. The working temperature is -20~+70 ℃, and the nominal torque transmitted is 6.31~16000N. m.

Elastic sleeve column pin coupling has the characteristics of shock absorption, wear resistance, reasonable structure, easy maintenance, small number of parts, and strong applicability. The half coupling adopts precision casting, with cast iron HT20-40 and cast steel ZG35II. The shaft hole and keyway are formed by drawing. The elastic sleeve is made of synthetic rubber and polyurethane rubber.
