TGL drum shaped gear coupling

Structural features:
Has high buffering and vibration reduction performance, and has the ability to compensate for significant axial, angular, and radial displacement deviations.  
Due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of engineering plastics and metal components, it is an ideal approximate universal elastic coupling.  
The molding of the shell mold simplifies the processing technology and has low cost. The operating environment temperature is -20 º C+80 º C
Assembly and maintenance are particularly simple. Widely used in various hydraulic pumps, lubrication pumps, pneumatic pumps, compressors, textile machines and other machinery.  
This coupling housing can be made of steel (type B or C) to transmit greater torque.   

Marking method: Select B-type TGL6 drum shaped gear coupling
Active end: J1 type shaft hole, A-type keyway d=22, L=38
Driven end: J1 type shaft hole, A-type keyway d=32, L=60
Coupling TGL6B J122 × 38/J132 × 60
If TGL6A type coupling "A" is selected, it can be left unmarked

Attention:
When designing and selecting, torque calculation should be carried out, and torque changes, frequent starting, environmental conditions, and reasonable selection of operating condition coefficients should be considered.  
For sites with high dust, a C-shaped structure is better.  
Do not leave debris inside the chamber during assembly.  
After assembly, the inner gear ring should be able to slide freely by hand.  
Small sizes can be tightened with screws.
