Introduction:
The ML type plum blossom shaped elastic coupling has been listed as a national standard GB5272-85 and is suitable for rotating two concentric shafts in various mechanical connections. It has significant performance in compensating for the relative offset of the two shafts, buffering, shock absorption, oil resistance, air aging resistance, wear resistance, etc. The structure is reasonable, easy to maintain, the number of parts is small, the adaptability is strong, and the service life is long. The working temperature is -35 to+80 ℃, and the short-term working temperature can reach 100 ℃. The nominal torque transmitted is 16-25000N. m.
The intermediate elastic component can be made of various hardness materials such as polyurethane rubber and cast nylon elastomer according to usage requirements. The half coupling adopts precision casting, cast steel ZG35II, and the shaft hole and keyway are formed by drawing.
Axial hole types include cylindrical (Y), conical (Z), and short cylindrical (J). The types and dimensions of shaft holes and keyways shall be processed in accordance with the national standard GB3852-83 "Types and Dimensions of Couplings Shaft Columns and Keyways".
