2 Characteristics
2.1 It can provide 7 sets of dynamic closing, dynamic breaking, and conversion contacts, with a compact structure.
2.2 By turning the armature through the small hole on the cover, the contact action can be tested.
2.3 Relays can self protect voltage starting current (up to three current windings).
2.4 The coil excitation is direct current.
3 DZB-550 series intermediate relay action principle
This relay is an electromagnetic snap on structure with a holding coil, consisting of an electromagnetic system and a contact system. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated through the iron core to attract the suction plate, which drives the spring plate to switch the contact circuit. The contacts adopt dual contact, which has the advantages of low contact resistance, strong contact reliability, and large load capacity for disconnection. The relay housing adopts the imported Combiflex protruding modular insertion structure.
4 Technical data
4.1 Operating voltage ≤ 70% of rated voltage, operating current ≤ 80% of rated current.
4.2 Holding value: Voltage ≤ 70% rated voltage, current ≤ 80% rated current.
4.3 Return>5% rated value.
4.4 Action time<40ms.
4.5 Coil power consumption: Voltage coil ≤ 4W, current coil ≤ 2W.
4.6 The contact is allowed to pass 5A current for a long time and can pass 50A current for 1 second or 25A current for 4 seconds.
4.7 Contact capability is the same as RXMAl type.
4.8 Insulation withstand voltage 50Hz, 1min, 2kV.
4.9 Impulse voltage 5kV.
4.10 can withstand seismic waves with a moderate magnitude of 5-15Hz.
