Application of DZZ-10 series combination intermediate relay
Used as an auxiliary intermediate relay in secondary circuits of power systems and industrial automation control circuits.

2 Characteristics
2.1 Small size, especially suitable for situations with limited installation space.
2.2 This relay provides users with both the screen economy of industrial grade relays and the quality of protective grade relays Reliability and moderate (trip) capacity capability.
2.3 The relay can test the contact action by moving the armature through the small hole on the cover.
2.4 The coil excitation is direct current.

3 Principles of Action
DZZ-11-15 is a dual intermediate relay that is equipped with two independent auxiliary relays in the smallest housing. Each independent relay consists of two parts: voltage system and contact system. When the coil is powered on, a magnetic field is generated through the iron core, and the attraction plate drives the contact to switch. DZ-16-19 are delayed action or delayed return single intermediate relays. The relay housing adopts the imported Combilfiex protruding modular insertion structure.

4.1 Action value:<70% of rated voltage.
4.2 Return value:>5% rated voltage.
4.3 Action time
The dynamic closing contact of DZZ-11-15 shall not exceed 30ms, and the dynamic breaking contact shall not exceed 20ms. The delayed return time of DZZ-16-17 shall not be less than 0.8s. The delayed return time of DZZ-18 shall not be less than 1.5s. The delayed action time of DZZ-19 shall not be less than 0.06s.
4.4 Power consumption: not exceeding 1.6W.
4.5 Contact capability is the same as RXMAl type.
4.6 Insulation withstand voltage: 50Hz, 1min, 2kV.
4.7 Impulse voltage: 5kV.
4.8 The relay is capable of withstanding seismic waves with a moderate magnitude of 5-15Hz.
