FDC fully automatic rotating hydraulic crane
1、 Overview
Our factory has introduced foreign technology to the FDC electric rotary crane system. After the manual series, we have developed the electric series hydraulic engine crane. It has a reasonable structure, easy operation, beautiful appearance, and can be rotated and lifted with heavy objects through mechanical transmission. It has the characteristics of novel and flexible movement, smooth lifting, and safe and reliable work.
2、 Purpose:
This product is widely used in factories, docks, stations, warehouses, and small and medium-sized equipment maintenance sites for lifting and short distance handling, especially in the repair and maintenance of various vehicles. It is an ideal equipment for lifting and handling parts, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity and safety of maintenance personnel. It is an essential equipment in the automotive repair industry.
3、 Structure and working principle
The FDC electric rotary crane consists of a base, column, boom, walking mechanism, lifting oil cylinder, electric motor, gear pump, and other parts. The boom is divided into a lifting arm and a telescopic arm, and the working position of the telescopic arm can be adjusted under different lifting loads to ensure that the crane works in the best state. The hydraulic system is equipped with an overflow valve, and the pressure is generally adjusted to 60 kg/cm, with a maximum of 110 kg/cm. When operating, follow the instructions on the machine, turn on the power switch, turn on the lifting button switch, and the boom can rise. Turn on the telescopic switch to keep the weight at any height.

5、 Usage and maintenance
1. Inject hydraulic oil filtered through 100 mesh into the fuel tank. (Use 10 # hydraulic oil in summer and 32 # hydraulic oil in winter)
Start the trial operation first, check if the motor rotates smoothly, and operate according to the instructions of the gear pump. The power supply of this machine is three-phase three wire 380V.
2. Before lifting heavy objects, the overflow valve should be adjusted to the unloaded position, and the small arm should be adjusted to the corresponding working position according to the weight of the heavy object. The control lever should be pushed to the "up" position, and the working pressure of the overflow valve should be increased to slowly lift the heavy object to the desired height. When the heavy object is lowered, the power supply of the motor should be turned off, and the control lever should be pulled to the "down" position. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the lifting arm when lifting heavy objects to avoid accidents.
3. When the machine is running without load, it is necessary to lower the working pressure of the overflow valve, and there is no need to start the motor when it decreases, in order to protect the gear pump. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil tank should be cleaned during replacement. The connection of each hinge joint and bolt joint should be checked regularly to ensure that there is no looseness or detachment trend. Lubricating oil is often injected into the bearing parts of the walking wheels at each joint. Regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the joints of the hydraulic part and the sealing of the lifting cylinder. If there is oil leakage, replace the sealing components in a timely manner. When the crane is not working for a long time, the boom should be naturally lowered, the plunger rod of the lifting oil cylinder should be fully retracted, and placed indoors to prevent rain and sun exposure.
