Scope of application
The RS0 series of fast acting fuses with fillers (hereinafter referred to as fuses) are suitable for AC 50Hz, voltage 750V and below, rated current 30 to 480A, mainly used for short-circuit or overload protection of silicon rectifier components and their complete equipment.

The fuse shall be designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GB13539.1 and its related standards.

structural characteristics
A fuse is composed of several parts, including a conductive terminal block, a cover plate, a fuse tube, a melt, an indicator, and a filler.
The conductive terminal block adopts a busbar type, which can be directly fastened to the busbar with screws. It has a silver plating layer on the surface and has the characteristics of small installation volume and reliable contact.
The melting tube is made of high-frequency talc ceramic, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good arc and heat resistance, and a white and beautiful appearance.
The molten material is a silver sheet with a silver content of not less than 99.9%, and the fuse will not age and cause misoperation under long-term normal working conditions.
The melt is designed with a "V" deformation cross-section, so the fuse has fast speed.
The filler inside the melting tube is quartz sand, which cools the arc and quickly extinguishes it.
The indicator of the fuse is a red and prominent mechanical signal device, which is reliable in action, clear in indication, and easy to identify the action of the fuse.
Users can also install auxiliary contacts when necessary to emit electrical signals. Auxiliary contacts can use micro switches with a driving force less than 150 grams.
