1、 Scope of application
The CJR series AC contactor is suitable for distribution lines with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, and rated current up to 100A. Used for remote connection and disconnection of load circuits or frequent control of AC motors. It can be combined with a thermal relay or an electronic multifunctional protector to form a starter, which can have protection functions for phase failure, overload, and voltage loss.
3、 Characteristics
1. Long lifespan AC-3 has a load electrical lifespan of 1.2 million cycles and a mechanical lifespan of 10 million cycles, which is 1-3 times higher than the old product CJ10 series and reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products.
2. The CJR series has a smaller volume by 1/3 to 3/5 compared to the old CJ10 series with the same specifications; Reduce weight by 1/2, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products.
3. The CJR series has reduced energy consumption by 1/2 to 2/3 compared to the old CJ10 series of similar specifications, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products.

5、 Product Structure Features
1. Inverted product structure, where the magnetic system is placed on top of the contact system, allows for easy replacement of coils and removal of dirt from the iron core pole surface without the need to dismantle the main circuit or use specialized tools, making it extremely convenient to carry out on-site operations.
2. The all plastic buckle assembly structure fully utilizes the inherent elasticity of nylon, without the need for screws or special tools for disassembly, saving labor, time, and materials.
3. It has two installation methods, screws and guide rails, for users to choose from. The installation holes of the old product CJ10-10.20.40 remain unchanged, and the specially designed "snap on transition installation base plate" of this product can be used for easy replacement and maintenance.

6、 Normal working conditions
1. Surrounding air temperature: upper limit not exceeding+40 ℃; The lower limit shall not be lower than -25 ℃; The average value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃ (Special requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer when ordering).
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. In the wettest month, the monthly average minimum humidity should not exceed+25 ℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity should not exceed 90%. The condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes should also be considered.

5. Installation category (overvoltage category): The installation category is Class III.
6. Installation conditions: Install in the normal working position, with an inclination of no more than 10 ° between the installation surface and the vertical surface.
