The ZAZNC electric double seat regulating valve is powered by a single-phase AC 220V power supply and receives 4-20mA DC signals to automatically control the valve opening, thereby achieving continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level. Electric double seat valve is an important part of the automatic control system in the production process, widely used in the automation control systems of industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light industry, and food.

structural principle
The ZAZNC-III electric double seat regulating valve consists of a DDZ-III DKZ series linear electric actuator and a double seat valve.
The input of the electric control valve is the DC current signal sent by the regulator, which is amplified by the servo amplifier and drives the actuator. Generate axial thrust, drive the regulating valve to operate, thereby causing changes in the medium flow rate, in order to regulate various thermal parameters in the system. The actuator sends a displacement signal of the valve for comparison with the servo amplifier, so that the regulating valve always maintains a position corresponding to the input signal, completing the servo regulation task.
