3、 Characteristics of adapting to metallurgical environment:

1. The working level of this electric hoist is M5 and M6; The working environment temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
2. The lifting mechanism is equipped with a support brake and a safety brake. When the electric hoist is working normally, it is braked by a conical brake motor. The conical brake motor is the support brake. When the conical motor fails to brake or the intermediate transmission link fails, the DC electromagnetic brake installed on the high-speed shaft of the reducer brakes the heavy object to avoid the risk of stalling. At the same time, in order to coordinate the action between the conical brake motor and the DC electromagnetic brake, a delay device is added to the control circuit to avoid traffic congestion of the motor.
3. Equipped with upper limit dual limit function. The first limit is the limit of the heavy hammer, and the second limit is the limit of the conventional electric hoist upper and lower flame arrester.
4. The lifting capacity limit protection function, the electric hoist lifting 90% of the rated load lifting capacity limiter alarms, and the electric hoist lifting 105% of the rated load loses power and stops working.
5. High temperature insulation protection function, a complete machine insulation board is designed and installed under the shell of the electric hoist drum to isolate the high heat radiation of molten metal.
6. The insulation level of the lifting motor and the operating motor is Class F, and an overheat protection device is installed in the winding of the lifting motor.
7. High strength and high-temperature resistant steel wire rope specifically designed for metallurgical applications.
8. Remote control is preferred as the control method, and centralized control can also be used. When placing an order for centralized control, it must be specified.
