The DT and DTZ series electric push rod machines are reciprocating electric drive devices used in various complex or simple process flows as electric actuators to achieve remote centralized control or automatic control.
Electric push rod is a universal component that has been widely used in power, machinery, metallurgy, transportation, coal, chemical, grain and feed processing machinery and other sectors since its inception, and is highly welcomed by users.
Electric push rods are currently classified into 12 levels based on their rated thrust, including 25, 100, 300, 500, 700, 1000, 1600, 3200, 5000, 10000, 20000, and 30000 kilograms. They have a stroke of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, and 1300 millimeters, and each stroke has two speeds: 42 or 84, 50 or 100, and 26.6 or 53.2. working principle
The electric motor drives a pair of lead screws and nuts through a pair of gears to reduce the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion, and uses the forward and reverse rotation of the electric motor to complete the push-pull action. Push and pull are equal. Complex movements such as rotation and shaking can be accomplished through various mechanisms such as levers, joysticks, or linkages. By changing the length of the lever arm, the stroke can be increased.
