The YX2 series automatic permanent magnet hoist is mainly used in shipyards, riveting and welding factories, steel structure factories, warehouses, workshops, freight yards, and other lifting equipment to hold plate shaped ferromagnetic materials or workpieces. It can be used as a single unit or combined with multiple units to transport large and long ferromagnetic materials. It can replace electromagnetic lifting of steel plates in freight yards, steel plate pretreatment production lines, steel plate cutting lines, and other occasions. This product has the characteristics of lightweight structure, easy operation, strong suction force, no power consumption, and safety and reliability, which helps to improve the working conditions of loading and unloading operations and increase their labor productivity. The above chart is a reference value with a safety factor of 3.5 times. The lifting capacity of this permanent magnet hoist is indicated as 1/4 of the test suction force. If the lifting capacity of LS2-1 is 1000kg, but its actual test suction is greater than 4000kg. (A large safety factor is considered to ensure the safety of use) If the steel to be lifted exceeds the above lifting range, please test it before lifting off the steel, and use it without safety concerns
