The YDXZ series variable pole multi speed (two speed/three speed/four speed) three-phase asynchronous motor is a new generation of centrifuge specific motor developed in 1990 for industries such as sugar and chemical production. It can be matched with mechanical or gravity discharge centrifuge hosts.

This motor has the characteristics of small size, light weight, novel and reasonable structure, large acceleration torque, low temperature rise, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance.
This motor can adapt to the requirements of different processes such as sugar making, sugar refining, and chemical production, and can be well matched with centrifuges. The maximum working cycle can reach 30 times per hour (1250 type motor with 500kg loading host) and 20 times per hour (1320 type motor with 1000kg), with a large processing capacity. When decelerating, multipole regenerative braking is used, and the motor runs in the generator state, feeding back power to the grid to reduce energy consumption. Compared with similar wound motors, it can save 1/3 of electricity. Adopting low-speed mechanical braking, the brake pads wear less, which can greatly save time and raw materials, improve product quality, and reduce environmental pollution. Equipped with appropriate electronic control equipment and pneumatic components, the entire machine can be operated automatically or semi automatically, reducing labor intensity, increasing output, further improving the technical level of the equipment, and achieving significant economic benefits.

The YDXZ1250-12/6 dual speed motor is matched with a corresponding dedicated centrifuge, mainly used for the separation process of certain non corrosive chemical products.
The YDXZ1250-28/12/6 three speed motor and YDXZ1320-24/12/6/4 four speed motor are mainly used in sugar production and are matched with corresponding sugar centrifuge hosts. They are suitable for sugar separation process requirements and use gravity discharge.

YDZZJ1320-24/12/6/4 four speed motor, mainly used for glucose production, is matched with the host of XJZ1320-N and other glucose automatic centrifuges. It adapts to the requirements of glucose automatic centrifuges and glucose separation processes, adopts low-speed automatic mechanical unloading, and meets the performance requirements of imported motors. It can replace imported motors for equipment maintenance and spare parts.

1. YDXZ1250-12/6 type variable pole dual speed three-phase asynchronous motor is a squirrel cage 12/6-pole dual speed AC motor. It has a stator and a set of windings, and uses pole changing wiring to achieve two different speeds. The rotor slot is embedded with copper bars, and the protection of the motor is extremely IP23S. The cooling method is forced ventilation, and two separately powered 1.1kW two pole blowers are installed on the top of the motor as the cooling air source.
2. YDZZ1250-28/12/6 type variable pole three speed three-phase asynchronous motor is a squirrel cage 28/12/6-pole three speed AC motor. The stator is composed of two independent upper and lower coaxial parts, and copper bars are embedded in the rotor slot. The protection of the motor is extremely IP23S, and the cooling method is forced ventilation. Two 1.1kW dual pole blowers with separate power supply are installed on the top of the motor as the cooling air source. There is also a set of three-phase AC tachometer generator installed on the upper shaft of the main motor, which uses the speed signal to automatically control the starting time of the three speeds of the main motor and can also be used as a speed indicator. The junction box is also divided into upper and lower parts, corresponding to the stator winding.
YDZZ1320-24/12/6/4 type variable pole four speed three-phase asynchronous motor and YDZZJ1320-24/12/6/4 type variable pole four speed three-phase asynchronous motor are squirrel cage 24/12/6/4 pole four speed AC motors. They have a stator and two sets of windings, with a 24/12 pole winding on the surface and a 6/4 pole winding on the bottom. Copper bars are embedded in the rotor slots. The protection of the motor is extremely IP23S, and the cooling method is forced ventilation. Two separate 3kW two pole blowers are installed at the upper end of the motor for power supply. There is also a set of three-phase AC tachometer generator installed on the upper shaft of the main motor, which uses the speed signal to automatically control the starting, acceleration, and braking time of the four speeds of the main motor according to the sugar production process. In the middle of the two sets of windings, three switch type temperature protectors are also embedded, which are connected to the control circuit through leads to effectively prevent accidents caused by sudden overheating of the windings.
