SH/BLC8600 Explosion proof Road LightDetailed product description:

survey:
SH/BLC8600 Explosion proof Road Light (IIC) is suitable for use as fixed lighting in flammable and explosive areas, as well as in petrochemical facilities, operations, and offshore oil platforms.
Performance:
Excellent explosion-proof performance, can work safely and reliably in flammable and explosive hazardous areas.
Using high-intensity gas discharge as the light source, it has high luminous efficiency, good color rendering, a color rendering index greater than 90, good fog transmission, uniform illumination, and an average service life of over 10000 hours.
The shell is made of lightweight alloy material and treated with high-tech spraying technology, which can be reliably used in long-term exposure to sunlight, rain, and various corrosive environments.
High reliability, low failure rate, simple and convenient maintenance.
Has good electromagnetic compatibility and will not cause interference to the surrounding environment.
Two uses:
1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lamps and ballasts, and then prepare three core cables of corresponding lengths according to the distance from the lamps to the ballast contacts and the distance from the ballast to the 220V power contacts (cables provided with the lamps can be used if the distance does not exceed 2 meters).
2. When the distance between the lamp and the ballast contact exceeds 2 meters, the three core cable needs to be replaced. Use an Allen wrench to unscrew the six hex bolts on the lamp housing, pull out the lamp body, remove the three core cable that comes with the lamp, and then connect the prepared three core cable according to the original wiring method.
3. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the fastening bolts on the ballast box cover, remove the box cover, and introduce one end of the three core cable of the lamp into the ballast chamber through the introduction device of the ballast output port. Connect the red, black (or blue), and yellow green wires to the 4th, 5th, and 6th terminals of the ballast respectively, and then tighten the compression nut.
4. Insert one end of the prepared three core power cable into the ballast chamber through the introduction device of the ballast input port, and then connect the L wire (live wire), N wire (neutral wire), and ground wire to the wiring terminals of positions 1, 2, and 3 of the ballast respectively, and tighten the clamping nut.
5. Close the ballast box cover and tighten the fastening bolts, and finally connect the other end of the three core cable to a 220V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements.
6. When replacing a light bulb, first cut off the power, check if the hanging chain is properly attached, and then use an Allen wrench to unscrew the six hexagon bolts on the light housing. Carefully pull down the light body to separate it from the lamp head housing, unscrew the old light bulb and replace it with a new one.
Warning:
1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on lighting fixtures with electricity on.
2. When installing lighting fixtures, be sure to ground the lamp housing and make it secure.
Three notes:
1. When installing and maintaining lighting fixtures, the power must be cut off.
2. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon. The center temperature of the transparent part is relatively high and should not be touched.
3. The ballast provided by our company must be used.
4. The starting current of the lamp is 2.5 times the normal operating current, and the starting current of the 250W lamp is 2.8A.
5. The lamp head housing is equipped with shock absorbing foam, which must be taken out when it is installed and used for the first time.
